Anders has a vast history in Marine and O&G R&D, engineering, and solutions development both for shipowners, acting as Newbuild Manager both domestic and abroad, and other.
CTO at PG Flow Solutions since 1984 till 2018, and thereafter Technical Advisor till 2021. MACS inventor and patent signee.
Anders joined HFT early 2023 to participate with competence and capacity to support our proactive development-work within his core competence areas.

Tom-Erik was the driving force behind his family business TP Construction, which was integrated into PG Flow Solutions in 2006.
Vast fabrication experience from own and outsourced production of complex solutions such as MACS and MAPS.
Pragmatic, analytical and with a direct-to-the-point attitude secure competitive fabrication from deep understanding of purpose-oriented design & engineering.
HFT shareholder and Board member.

Kai Helge was a Senior 3D Design Engineer at PG Flow Solutions since 2003.
Worked extensively with development of both MACS and MAPS holding exceptional skills and creative abilities.
Also worked with other HP flow solutions gathering alternative experiences from a different mindset.

Licensed to the bar both in NYC and Oslo makes cross-Atlantic issues a familiar path.
