Focus is high on the waste-side of the fish farming business, and represent a large potential if handled well. Biogas-extraction would be one way forward, and HFT may contribute with efficient separation of solids from liquid, closed-loop transfer and storage / curing tank cluster being for processing or further logistics

Two decades of development, learning and exchange with International drilling professionals has brought the HFT-ICTU III to this launch.
Taking raw, untreated drill cuttings with variable consistency and flowrates from offshore drilling, challenge most present equipment; being blowers, skips, containers or known pumping solutions.
The HFT-ICTU III eliminate these challenges, and by its high performance rotary feeder for controlled DC distribution to the below bespoke design, variable flow, high efficiency progressing cavity pumps grant for high capacity, fully automatic transfer of DC to whichever infrastructure available.
Preferably transfer is done to our HFT-DCTC 50 DC storage tanks, where we condition and treat the DC to secure optimum transfer-processes from rig to ship for a contained closed-loop system

RELEASE: DCTC 125-III Shaker Pump
Built on the same unique, patented inlet flow geometry as our other DC pumps, these bespoke design HFT-DCTC 125-III Shaker Receiver Pumps secure functionality and smooth handling of drill cuttings including fully automatic flow regulation based on delivered volume at all times.
The special design extended auger, and optimized inlet hopper allow for flow variations and density fluctuations typical to these applications in a good way.
We taylor these in a 2 or 3 pump configuration for redundancy and capacity in accordance with clients needs.

Configured for North Sea operations in line with DNV-class and The Norwegian Maritime Authority's regulations demonstrate an OSV with versatility and space efficient handling of offshore drilling waste, in combo with adequate deck-space for other cargo.
Drill Cutting capacity in this setting is 400m3 at 85% filling
Closed loop, screen-operated (high degree of automation) from receipt of cargo to:
1) Logistics to shore for deposit / processing
2) Logistics to re-injection field
3) Logistics for offshore processing
